I tried Dreamline Studios because well... the demos looked so damn cool. But I was extremely disappointed in the service. I will never and I mean never again pay more than half for a web design up front. Once the guy from Dreamline Studios (Paul Rodriguez I believe)got my money he virtually forgot about me. And only after numerous emails and phone calls did he slap together a really crappy site. Maybe this was just an isolated incident. I certainly hope so. For me, it was a long never ending nightmare. I eventually said screw it and went somewhere else...
Dreamlinestudio Rules!
I have done business with them from the first time they began in 1995 to just recently. They are pretty darn good at what they do.
As a web designer needing extra cash, I use the premade templates and then charge the the client a higher fee so my returns are enough to well...pay for bigger bills
I know everybody at Dreamlinestudio and there is nobody called Paul Rodriguez, lol. Sounds like a competitor hating on Dreamlinestudio.

I received a template from Dreamline Studios and it didn't come with any instructions on editing it or anything, they just sent me the template without any instructions or Help/Read Me file (and even then I had to chase it up as waited 24 hours after instant payment for them to send the template I might add), and they just refuse to reply to any of my emails since & have read through their Forums and see other customers asking for help - but without any replies.
Their You Tube video tutorials only help with certain BASIC templates, and do NOT cover how to edit or modify what I have, not in the slightest!
BAD customer service, the worst service I have ever received - and this is the first time I have ever received a template WITHOUT any help file attached on how to edit or anything.
The templates may look cool, but what's the point if you can't do a thing with them, unless you pay them (again) to change the template for you.
Before I bought the template, it stated the templates are easy to edit and modify, even with little or no Flash knowledge.
What a waste of money...never again will I use Dreamline Studio. I'm disgusted.
